Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy: Blick auf Florenz. Aquarell (1830)

Sontraud Speidel and Franziska Lee (piano) perform works by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in his original transcription for four hands: Concert Overture No. 2 "The Hebrides" op. 26, Symphony No. 3 in A minor "Scottish" and the overture to "The Marriage of Camacho", op. 10.

The FMB Workshop Festival is a series of events dedicated to the new and rediscovery of the musician, draftsman and letter writer Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy. With digital image presentation of 150 drawings and watercolors by the composer held by the Bodleian Library, Oxford/UK, and the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin.
