Another increase: Coronavirus incidence in Berlin at 227.8

The Coronavirus incidence in Berlin has risen again. The seven-day incidence is now 227.8, according to data provided by the Robert Koch Institute on Wednesday morning (10 November, 2021).

The seven-day incidence indicates how many people per 100,000 inhabitants have tested positive for the coronavirus within the past week. On Tuesday, the number had jumped to 220.8 and thus above the 200 mark. The incidence in Berlin thus aligns with the national average.

1657 new Covid cases were registered by the RKI between Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition, six more deaths related to Covid-19 were reported. This brought the total number of confirmed infections in Berlin to 235,131 since the beginning of the pandemic, and the total number of deaths to 3,746.
