RKI data: Corona incidence significantly above 100

The number of Coronavirus infections has risen again in Berlin. The Robert Koch Institute reporter an incidence value of 113.7 early Friday morning.

The figure refers to the number of people per 100,000 inhabitants that have been proven to be infected with the virus in the past seven days. The figure had been 108.6 on Thursday and 84.7 on Friday a week ago. According to the RKI, 713 new cases were reported, compared to 1090 the previous day. Another death was registered in connection with Covid-19. In total, 3671 people have thus died in Berlin since the beginning of the pandemic.
