Seven-day incidence still below 30

The seven-day incidence in Berlin remains below 30. The Robert Koch Institute reported a value of 22.6 for the capital on Wednesday.

Test kits with swabs are in a test centre for suspected corona cases.

The number indicates how many people per 100,000 inhabitants have been newly infected with the coronavirus in the past seven days. The RKI registered 118 new infections in Berlin. This brought the total number of infected people since the outbreak of the pandemic to 179,343. Two deaths related to Covid-19 were newly reported, the total number was given as 3512.
