Seven-day incidence continues to decline: Seven new infections

The number of people infected with Corona continues to decline in Berlin. Compared to the previous day, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) registered seven new infections on Monday.

The seven-day incidence was 26.5 infections, the same as the previous day. The number indicates how many people per 100,000 inhabitants have been newly infected with the coronavirus in the past seven days. This brings the total number of infected people since the outbreak of the pandemic in Berlin to 179,121. One person died in connection with Covid-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 3506.
