Vaccination

8.5 percent of people in the city are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, according to the Senate's situation report of 25 April 2021. There are 328 Corona patients being treated in the intensive care units of Berlin's hospitals, and another 413 are in regular wards. 198 new infections were reported on Sunday, 203 fewer than on Sunday a week ago. However, not all health offices report their figures on weekends, so the values are only comparable to a limited extent.
Compared to Saturday, the number of people infected per 100,000 inhabitants increased slightly last week. This so-called seven-day incidence is 135.4. Since Friday, the Senate's situation report has given the value calculated by the Robert Koch Institute. This was set nationwide so that there is a uniform basis.
