Test kits with swabs are in a test centre for suspected corona cases.

After the value had fallen significantly for weeks, the trend reversed again recently. The corresponding Corona traffic light thus remains red. It would only change to yellow at a value of 30, and to green at 20.
On Wednesday, 483 newly infected people were registered in Berlin, compared to 268 the day before. A week ago Wednesday, this figure was 445 new infections, according to the situation report. The current number of cases rose to 127,936. A further 15 people have also died from or with the virus. The number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic has risen to 2781. The Corona traffic light continues to show yellow for the proportion of intensive care beds occupied by Covid 19 patients: it is currently 19.1 percent. The threshold for a red traffic light signal is 25 percent. The reproduction figure, on the other hand, is in the green zone: the so-called R-value, which indicates how many people an infected person infects on average, fell from 1.04 on Tuesday to 0.88. The number of people infected with Covid 19 is currently 19.1 percent.
