Berlin Corona traffic light shows green

According to the health administration, the Berlin Corona traffic light is still green for all three indicators. The indicators focus on the reproduction rate - it shows the dynamics of the infection process - as well as new infections and the required places for Covid-19 patients in intensive care units. The so-called R-value is currently at 0.89 and thus well below the threshold of 1.1. The number of new infections per week per 100,000 inhabitants is 12.7; the situation would become critical from 20 new infections onwards. The proportion of intensive care unit places needed for Covid-19 patients currently reaches 0.9 percent; here, the yellow area starts at 15 percent and up.
