However, temperatures on Monday (10 May 2021) will initially peak at a summery 29 degrees, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). On Sunday, the warm weather already attracted many people to the Wannsee, the Spreewald or the Berlin parks. From Monday afternoon, spring clouds and showers caused a change in the weather in Berlin and Brandenburg, with isolated thunderstorms with hail or heavy rain possible.

Tuesday: Warm but rainy

On Tuesday, according to the DWD, dense clouds will hang in the sky, especially in the western parts of Brandenburg, causing isolated showers. In the remaining parts of Berlin and Brandenburg, there could be isolated thunderstorms with heavy rain in the afternoon. Temperatures will rise to 19 degrees in Prignitz, up to 27 degrees in Berlin and up to 30 degrees in Lower Lusatia.

Wednesday brings cooling

Many clouds continue to hang in the sky over Berlin and Brandenburg on Wednesday. In places, rain is expected again, which will bring cooling. Temperatures will then only be between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius, with temperatures dropping to as low as eight degrees in some areas.
