Farewell TXL: Tegel opens the observation deck for the last time

Flight operations in Tegel airport will officially end on 8 November 2020, before which guests will have one last opportunity to visit the airport's visitor terrace.

The observation deck of Tegel Airport will be reopened from October 3 to November 7, 2020. As the airport company has announced, interested parties can book free time window tickets for the visitors' terrace from 1 October. Visitors will thus have another opportunity to experience take-offs and landings up close and to observe what is happening on the apron. There will also be information on the history of the airport.

Observation deck: Time slot tickets bookable from 1 October

The TXL Visitors' Terrace can be visited from October 3 to November 7, 2020 from 11 pm to 20:30 pm. Every day about 900 people can say goodbye to the popular airport. The maximum visiting time per person is one hour. Those interested must book a ticket in advance. Registration can be done online at www.danketegel.berlin.
