Even the little pandas will not yet be seen with it. The petting enclosures are also closed - and all playgrounds.

No opening of the box offices - access with online tickets only

In future, visits will only be possible with a pre-purchased online ticket, which will be available from 27 April 2020. The box offices will remain closed. A specific day and time slot must be selected for a visit. The regulation also applies to annual ticket holders, who can select a time slot free of charge. The ticket quota per day is initially 2000 in the zoo and 3000 in the zoo. Reduced tickets and discount coupons are not available for the time being.

The Corona rules apply when visiting the zoo

The contact ban also applies in Zoo and zoo, a two-meter distance to others applies. Staying in one place is only allowed for a short time. Picnics are therefore not allowed. Commented feeding and air shows are also not allowed. The zoo train remains in the depot and there is no handcart rental. The gastronomy offers take-away food and drinks at some locations. To contain the virus, the zoo and Tierpark were also closed on 17 March.
