Berlinale tickets are now on sale

Three days before the official start of the Berlin Film Festival, cinephiles from all over the world have started queueing for tickets.

Some Berlinale fans equipped with sleeping bags, camping chairs and Thermos flasks were waiting on Monday morning to get their first tickets for the film festival. Visitors can buy tickets three days in advance at the box offices in Potsdamer Platz Arkaden, Kino International, Haus der Berliner Festspiele and Audi City on Kurfürstendamm as well as at the box offices of the venues, theatres and online. Berlinale tickets usually cost 13 euros, tickets for competition films are 16 Euros.
