In the largest open show kitchen in Berlin, Chef Florian Peters and his team prepare seasonal dishes made of regional products in front of guests. A sushi bar is attached to the large open kitchen, where culinary experts create fresh, authentic sushi. In the summer, the restaurant’s beautiful terrace is the hotspot of Potsdamer Platz. With dark rosewood furniture and white sailcloth, low wooden tables and two outdoor bars, guests get the perfect holiday feeling to escape a busy modern life. Under the old linden trees, the terrace is the perfect place for pleasant summer evenings or an extended Sunday breakfast.
