UNICEF Photo of the Year Award

February 2 - March 17, 2024

The winning images of the 2023 "UNICEF Photo of the Year" competition will be presented in an exhibition at the Willy Brandt Haus in Berlin.

Every year, UNICEF Germany awards its internationaö Photo of the Year Award for pictures and reports by professional photojournalists that document the personalities and living conditions of children.

UNICEF Photo of the Year 2024: Patryk Jaracz

This year's winning image by Polish photographer Patryk Jaracz symbolises the light of childlike resilience and joy that breaks through the darkness of global wars, conflicts and disasters. These and the photos from seven other reportages can be seen in the UNICEF Photo of the Year exhibition until 17 March 2024.
