Deep Tech Award 2026 – Application process

The Deep Tech Award 2026 recognizes outstanding technological innovations in the fields of advanced manufacturing, bio & health tech, artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, photonics & microelectronics, and Web3 & distributed ledger technologies (DLT). We are looking for research-based, application-oriented, and proven software and hardware products with a high degree of innovation and future potential.

How to apply

1. Register
Create an account in our application tool to start your application and process it later.

2. Select a project title and a category
Give your innovation project a meaningful title and select the appropriate category for your project:

• Advanced Manufacturing
• Bio- & Healthtech
• Artificial Intelligence
• Quantum technologies, photonics & microelectronics
• Web3 & distributed ledger technologies (DLT)

3. Fill out the questionnaire
Answer the questions about your project to describe your innovation in detail.

4. Upload pitch deck & additional material

Upload your pitch deck to present your idea professionally. Optionally, you can also add a video or images to visually emphasise your project.
