The federal state of Berlin (Land Berlin) has a wide range of sites with the potential to become Zukunftsorte. Since these are various sizes with differing profiles, facilities, and stages of development, the city can offer differentiated sites tailored to the needs of companies and institutions interested in Berlin as a business and research location.
