EUROCITIES

The EUROCITIES network unites more than 135 European cities; Berlin has been a member of EUROCITIES since the mid-1990s. This interest group of major European cities was founded in 1986 with the aim of boosting the cities’ influence on European decision-making processes and promoting cross-border cooperation between cities on a practical level.
