Review ITB

ITB Berlin, the International Tourism Exchange, is known throughout the world as both the top trade show for the global tourism industry and the largest travel show for private visitors.

History

The International Tourism Bourse (ITB) is a unique track record, “made in Berlin”. From the first moderate beginnings with five participating countries in the context of an overseas-import trade show, worldwide success developed since 1966. Exhibition space grew from 580 square meters to 150,000 square meters today. The number of trade visitors rose to over 100,000 from initially 250. With a total of 180,000 visitors, who would like to see the offers of currently over 10,000 exhibitors, ITB Berlin today is a real show-piece of Messe Berlin – and it is expanding towards Asia.
